Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Garments must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags attached.
  • Customized or personalized items, as well as final sale items, are non-returnable.
 

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our customer service team at contact@yvesandeve.com with your order number and reason for return. You can download the return form here.
  2. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return your item safely.
  3. Carefully package the garment in its original packaging to protect it during transit.
 

Processing Time

  • Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria.
  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
  • For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item promptly after inspection, usually within 5–7 business days.
 

Shipping Costs

  • Returns within Greece and Europe: free shipping if you use your local DHL carrier.
  • If you have chosen the standard shipping method or a courier service of your preference, the cost is on the customer.
  • Returns from outside Europe: shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged or incorrectly shipped.
 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost, including return shipping.
