We deliver worldwide, including Greece, Europe, the U.S., Canada, and other international destinations.
Products are subject to availability. Orders usually require 5–7 business days for processing. If the required pelts are unavailable, production may take approximately 14–20 business days. You will be notified via email regarding the estimated completion time of your order.
- Greece: 2–4 business days (Standard), 1–2 business days (Express)
- Europe: 5–8 business days (Standard), 3–5 business days (Express)
- U.S. & Canada: 7–12 business days (Standard), 4–7 business days (Express)
- Rest of the World: 10–15 business days (Standard), 5–10 business days (Express)
Delivery times may vary during holidays or due to customs processing.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Free standard shipping is offered for orders over €500 within Greece and Europe. Free Standard Shipping on orders over € 1.000 (USA, UK and any other third country). Express shipping is available at an additional cost.
All orders are carefully packaged in our signature luxury materials to ensure your garment arrives in pristine condition.
For international orders outside the EU, customs duties, taxes, or import fees are determined by your country’s customs authority and are the customer’s responsibility.
Yes! Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number to follow your package every step of the way.
Yes, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Customized or final sale items are not eligible.

Carefully package your item to protect it during return shipping.
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Exchanges are shipped within 5–7 business days after inspection.
- Returns within Greece and Europe: free shipping if you use your local DHL carrier.
- If you have chosen the standard shipping method or a courier service of your preference, the cost is on the customer.
- Returns from outside Europe: shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged or incorrectly shipped.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a full refund or replacement at no extra cost, including return shipping.
